looking for 64 bit medicine for Ics telecom 10.5.5

Hi guys I'm looking for the medicine for Ics Telecom v 10.5.5. my OS is Windows 7 (64 Bits) if anyone can help I'll be gratefull i have tried different kinds of emulators but I haven't succed I use Sentemul 2008 and Sentemul 2010 without any positive results, the .dng file that i have for ICS Telecom is the one that I was using in my 32 bits computer, i do not know if there's away to create a .dng for ICS Telecom for 64 bits for the version 10.5.5
